Contact
Corrections, questions and complaints all go to one address: [email protected]. It is read by the person who writes the site, and corrections with evidence are actioned and dated.
How are corrections handled?
If a licence number, a wagering figure or a payout term on this site is wrong, send the page and the source that shows it. The page is updated and the date at the top of it moves. Where two sources disagree and neither can be confirmed, the page says so rather than picking one.
Operator enquiries
If you run an operator and want to be considered, the useful starting point is a permit number and the operating company name. An operator that cannot supply both cannot be verified, and this site only lists what it can verify.
Not a support line
This site cannot help with a stuck withdrawal, a frozen account or a self-exclusion question. Those are matters for the operator and, where the law allows, the regulator. For gambling harm, contact GamCare or BeGambleAware — both are free and confidential, and both answer faster than an email to a comparison site.
If you are in crisis or someone is at immediate risk, contact the emergency services. The organisations on the responsible gambling page offer same-day support.
What we cannot do
- Intervene in a dispute with an operator.
- Remove or alter a GamStop entry.
- Provide account support for any casino.
- Give legal, financial or medical advice.
About the site
Who writes it, how it is funded and what it does not do are set out on the about page. The method behind every rating is on how we review, and the commercial relationship is on the disclosure page.
